YOUR TASKS:
- CRM support: Administration and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Process automation: Development and implementation of automation processes in marketing
- Campaign management: Launch, control and optimization of campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- SEO/SEA optimization: Development and implementation of successful SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization (text & image SEO) and technical SEO
- Tracking and reporting: Creation of detailed reports on campaign results, traffic and KPIs. Use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio etc.
- Analysis & Trends: Monitoring and analysis of market trends, competitive data and online marketing innovations
- AI-supported optimization: Use of modern AI tools to automate and optimize marketing processes
WHAT YOU SHOULD ALREADY BRING:
- Completed studies or training in marketing, media science or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in technical marketing, SEO, SEM or campaign management
- Confident handling of CRM and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
- Sound knowledge of current SEO and SEA practices
- Affinity for the internet and ability to think analytically and creatively
- Independent working style, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is an advantage
